The video is a little jittery (low frame-rate) and poor quality because this was taken from a digital “still” camera. This shows the engine starting right up without throttle assist and the control at idle. You can see the oil pressure jump right up and idling smoothly. It revs without hesitation, then returns to smooth idle.
